Training complete, recovery begins as you explore the beauty of Phi Phi Island. We travel via private speedboat to three secluded locations. Here you’ll swim, snorkel or meditate in the pristine waters of this majestic area. We then travel back to Phuket and head out for our final celebration dinner.

Ben Aldridge has been training in martial arts since he was 8 years old and has been coaching martial arts for over 10 years. Ben specialises in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Boxing and Kickboxing. His training includes professional fighting experience in Japan, Thailand, New Zealand and Australia.
The core of Stevie’s training and coaching is about optimising lifestyle and performance. He focuses on strength, athleticism, movement and wellness. He is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner as well as an amateur competitor in the ring.
Sonia Grebenshikoff has always been passionate about fitness, health and wellbeing. Sonia helps clients to achieve self-discovery through better work life-balance and getting more from life and the relationships they pursue.
Our trips are designed for people who want to go beyond their comfort zone, learn new skills and test their limits. The Kickboxing Masterclass allows you to achieve all that and more as you test your endurance in all things kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing and MMA.
This trip includes moderate to intense training sessions of up to 4 hours per day in hot, humid weather. Therefore, an intermediate level of fitness is required to maximise your enjoyment of this trip. The trip operates with a maximum group of 10 people and is led by a team of 3 people.
